My redeem code for the new video game Mass effect 2 isn't working help?

I bought it for xbox but when i entered in my code online it wanted me to download it to my computer. I can't figure out how to download it on to my xbox help pleaseMy redeem code for the new video game Mass effect 2 isn't working help?
You need to link your EA account to your gamertag to get the xbox DLC. The download .exe file is if you have the PC version. To link the account go to

Mouse over games, and choose register my games

log in using your ea account info



Now you are at the add persona. This is where I get stuck. I choose Xbox Gamertag and entered mine and clicked continue, but I keep getting an error. Maybe it is being overloaded with people trying to do the same.





I also believe you can link your gamertag to your EA account via the game, but I am not home to try this. Look in the menus for a link to EA account in the game.My redeem code for the new video game Mass effect 2 isn't working help?
that DLC isn't available yet if you got it and i think there is news that only some ppl were able to download it if they did it early enuf because someone at microsoft released it early so ya.. your not suppose to download it at this time neither the dlc or the extra armor if your pre ordered so you have to w8 to activate them.My redeem code for the new video game Mass effect 2 isn't working help?
Go onto xbox live marketplace on your xbox itself and then select redeem code and try again.
I think what it means is for you to download it online to your X360 profile so that it can be in use on your X360.
