That's not a video card, that's an on-board graphics chip and a really CRAPPY one at that. What did you pay for that computer, $200-$300? It will probably run it but not at any speed that is playable. The framerate will be so low that it will be ridiculously choppy and laggy. You probably also have an AMD Athlon 64 single-core processor which is not a good gaming CPU to boot. I've only recently seen that 6150SE in cheap eMachines microtowers that were meant for everyday home computer use, DEFINITELY not for gaming. You need an nVidia GeForce 6800 graphics CARD or better to play mass effect 2. You're not even close.
It's like asking if you can pull a double-length U-Haul trailer with a Geo Metro. Good Luck.Is Mass Effect 2 playable with my video Card?
Wow, really. Well then, just make sure you have a power supply of around 450W and pop in an ATi Radeon HD 4670. That should have you gaming nice.

Is Mass Effect 2 playable with my video Card?Technically it is not even a video card.
Its an integrated chip on your motherboard that steals system memory in order to function.
Answer is no, its not even close to good enough to run ME2.
Sounds like a good card, im pretty sure that would work but you might want to get a few more answers
