How do I find Legion in Mass Effect 2?

I finished the Horizon part where you meet Ashley, and I was told by the Illusive Man that I need to recruit Thane, Tali and Samara. I was wondering if I find Legion here because I've seen people's video on how Tali reacts to Legion for the first time, so can I find Legion now? I heard he's towards the end of the game and I find him on a Reaper or something by the Illusive Man, is that in an email or something else. Thank you!How do I find Legion in Mass Effect 2?
During a unavoidable main mission, you will come across him. Make sure to choose not to turn him over to Cerberus in the conversation following the mission, then you can find him in the AI Core. That room is access through the Medical Lab once you have the being that will be known as Legion.How do I find Legion in Mass Effect 2?
You can get him by doing the Reaper iff main quest that the illusive man tells you to do after you recruit 2 of the new squad mates.





***SPOILER ALERT, AND WARNING IF YOU DO GET LEGION***



After you do the iff quest, they install it in the Normandy, and then you lose your crew (not squad) and you can do only one mission before the suicide mission. After that you start losing your crew (this is meant to be able to do the Legion loyalty mission). The more missions you do after the first one, the more crew members you lose. It doesn't make Mass Effect 2 harder, but will it probably change your Mass Effect 3 story.

Note: I have been able (on the PC version) to do the iff mission and Legion's loyalty mission before they install it and abduct your crew, but I don't know if this is a bug or not. (they install it right after his loyalty mission)
