Same people as oblivion, and it rocks.What are other video games like mass effect or oblivion?
the people that made oblivion made fallout 3 and if you liked oblivion I highly recomend you get fallout cuz they are very similiar. Another good game that is similiar is Fable 2. Its more action oriented but the good/evil choices you make are really cool. On the PC the witcher is kind of like them but other than that there is not much else other than looking at previous Bioware games(makers of Mass Effect).
