I played through the mass effect series once and it was awesome. I recently tries to replay the video game series but my mass effect 1 disc broke. So is it worth it playing mass effect 2 without importing any decisions? And how do the decisions turn out with a new character?Mass Effect 2 question? easy points? video game?
All of the basic choices you will get to choose anyway through some dialogue options. The only thing you will really miss out on by not importing are some starting resources (which are really easy to get anyway) and some bonus levels to start you off, but since the game seems to scale for the most part I didnt notice those being too important either.

Without imports(You kill the Council, You kill Wrex, You have less paragon/renagade options, Stores in the Citadel hate you because you're human(because you killed the council). Either Ashley or Kaiden will be dead from the nuke in the 1st game depending on your choice of gender
Female=Dead Ashley
Male=Dead Kaiden

If you saved your game already you can still import the save with few bonuses yet significant things such as saving the council or saving wrex come up. If you chose not to these happen.
