its a decent PC. the cpu is based off a core 2 duo so you should be able to play most games.



your current video card will actually not even let the game load...



go buy a MID RANGE or BETTER videocard.



if you dont know what to buy, just follow this advice.



AVOID the nvidia 7100, 7200, 8400, 9400, 9500,



for ATi, AVOID the 4200 series, 5400 series.





a GREAT card for you would be the ATi HD5850. its at a decent price now and its way powerful enough to play this game at full speed and it will play basically ANY game you throw at it.Will the dell inspiron i560-2133NBK play mass effect 2 if i replace the video card with a good one?
Most likely, but remeber you have to take into effect, the ram, CPU etc,. But personally, by looking at your specs, it would be a strech, because of your cpu. Check this website out it will tell you things more then I really can.....
